For Digital Restoration Orders it is very important that you use a traceable and trackable shipping method; such as UPS or Federal Express. Vintage Image, in turn will use similar shipping method dividing the return shipment into two separate parcels: 1) Your Originals and 2) CDs and prints. Every shipment will require a signature, no PO Boxes, please.
All Digital Restoration orders are pre-paid before shipping. No C.O.D.'s
